Audrey transitioned from being a close partner of Wisconsin Reading Corps to its Executive Director in 2018. Within her first year, Wisconsin Reading Corps will triple in size and serve more than 1,000 students with high quality literacy tutoring. The Wisconsin Reading Corps team maximizes impact for our students, while also providing an exceptional service experience for our AmeriCorps member, partnering schools and organizations. Wisconsin Reading Corps began working with Audrey while she was a program manager at Milwaukee Succeeds, where she worked with multiple partners to improve outcomes for children. Prior to her life in the nonprofit space, she worked over a decade in various roles at Rockwell Automation and most recently led teams to focus on continuous improvements and to enhance the customer experience for a billion dollar business unit.

Raised in Champaign, Illinois, Audrey came to Wisconsin for her undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from UW-Madison. She moved to Milwaukee for her career and while she has lived abroad and in other parts of the U.S., she always considered Wisconsin her home. Along the way, Audrey earned a master’s degree in engineering management from Marquette University.  She is married with one daughter, who is the light of her life. Audrey is active in Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee and loves spending time outdoors. She is honored to be a part of an organization which changes the trajectory for children in the great state of Wisconsin and throughout the nation.



Eric helped launch Wisconsin Reading Corps as the Senior Program Manager in the fall of 2015. Each year Wisconsin Reading Corps has grown in program size and scope to continuously improve our ability to meet the needs of our school partners by driving literacy growth for the students of Milwaukee. Prior to joining Wisconsin Reading Corps, Eric has spent over eight years in various leadership roles within AmeriCorps programs across the country. A majority of this work has been done in the educational space in various states as well as community engagement, volunteer mobilization and corporate social responsibility.

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota and raised across the newly branded, ‘North’ (formerly upper Midwest), Eric earned his undergraduate degree, in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. Eric and his wife moved to Milwaukee after a two years in Tulsa, Oklahoma and has always referred to Wisconsin as home. Eric and his wife, have a son and two dogs who are all the coolest collection of personalities he knows. Eric loves going on adventures with his family, perfecting the art of southern style BBQ, and cheering for the local pro football team (Go Pack Go!). It is a privilege for Eric to be a part of a national organization that changes the world one child and tutor at a time.
